
This is an error detector that uses a Strain gauge sensor as the die monitor. It monitors dies for troubles and will stop the press machine if double stamping, slug rising or slug clogging occurs, by processing the original operation with the analog waves outputted per stroke from the Strain gauge sensor installed on the press machine frame.
It has demonstrated superior capability in the detection of slug clogging or slug rising in the dies with the trunk that has long been considered difficult to detect.
The detection effect can be increased when our MICRON II High Resolution Slug Detecting Device is used at the same time.
